Facial Plastic Surgical Procedures

Rhinoplasty (Nose)
Rhinoplasty is cosmetic surgery to reshape the nose. It can make the nose larger or smaller; change the angle of the nose in relation to the upper lip; alter the tip of the nose; correct humps on the bridge, indentations, or other defects in the nose.
Dr. Kimmel will surgically alter the nose to create a natural look by balancing all the features of the face.

As a Board Certified Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Surgeon, Dr. Kimmel is uniquely qualified for nasal surgery. He has the ability to improve both the appearance of the nose while simultaneously correcting structural problems with the nose (Septoplasty) that cause chronic congestion and breathing problems.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid)
Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery can correct drooping upper eyelids and puffy bags below the eyes by removing fat, excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids.

In some patients, the overhanging skin in the upper eyelid is so severe that it can obstruct vision. In these cases, eyelid surgery may be covered by insurance.

At Kimmel Nasal and Sinus Center eyelid surgery is sometimes used in combination with Botox Cosmetic injections and/or chemical facial peels to provide a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance.

Rhytidectomy (Facelift)
A facelift, also known as Rhytidectomy is a surgical procedure that restores a youthful appearance by tightening muscle, removing excess fat and trimming excess skin. It can improve a sagging jaw line, blunted neck line and overall appearance of the face.

A face lift will not stop the aging process but it will slow it down. A facelift can be performed alone, or combined with procedures such as Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, or other facial rejuvenation procedures. At Kimmel Nasal and Sinus Center we offer facelift surgery as a way to enhance your facial features and give you a youthful, more energetic appearance.
